Clustered Spires

Along the low Frederick skyline, nestled in a valley between the Blue Ridge Mountains and Washington DC, sits the beautiful clustered spires - a view of the cluster of church steeples that dot the historic city streets of Downtown Frederick.  Clustered Spires is a gentle white, neutral yet ethereal jelly shade that's almost opaque in two coats, but left a bit sheer for a natural look.

Beautifully opaque and creamy formula. This colour should be applied in two coats.

A thick, glossy top coat is recommended to top off your manicure and provide a high-gloss shine.
